You probably don’t know where to start learning HReasily system and find out how it works. Instead of spending a lot of time finding out how to get started, this short, under 2 hours course is packed full of valuable information that will give you a great foundation. Upon completion, you’re expected to gain basic knowledge about how the HReasily system works and fulfill the required skills needed based on your department, especially if you’re a new HReasily employee.
This course is mandatory for all employees registered under the Business Development team, Customer Success, Customer Support, Product Management, Technology, and Quality Assurance. If you’re a new HReasily employee, this course and Final Assessment must be completed and passed within 3 months probationary period. If you fail the First Assessment, you have unlimited opportunities to retake the Assessment until you pass within 3 months.
Note:
- If you’re registered under Business Development and Customer Success, it is mandatory that you complete the Level 1 and Level 2 Course and Final Assessment.
- If you’re registered under Customer Support, Product Management, Technology, and Quality Assurance, it is mandatory that you complete the Level 1 and Level 2 Course, and take the Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 Final Assessment.
- If you fail to complete the first Assessment, you’re given unlimited opportunities to retake the Assessment for each level.
